Freshsight: Refund and Return Policy

At Freshsight, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality eyeglasses, contact lenses, and spectacles. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or requirements. To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, we have outlined our refund and return policy below:

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Refunds:

  • Refund claim only within 48 hours after parcel received
  • A restocking fee may apply for returns that are not due to defects or damages.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Prescription Eyewear:

  • Prescription eyewear (including eyeglasses and spectacles) can only be returned or exchanged if there is a defect in the prescription or manufacturing.
  • Prescription lenses cannot be refunded or exchanged once they have been fitted into frame

Contact Lenses:

  • Opened boxes of contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Process for Returns and Exchanges:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team either by phone or email.
  • You will be provided with instructions on how to return the product.
  • Please include your order number and reason for return/exchange in your communication with us.

Exceptions:

  • Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
  • Clearance or sale items may have different return or exchange policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Once we receive the returned product, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
